RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

We want you to love your purchase from Cecile Afro Fashion. If you are unsatisfied you may return the item/s you've purchased.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for Full Price items.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale items. All sale items are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, marked, scented, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

We highly recommend all returns should be sent via signature express post to ensure it is returned on time. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Cecile Fashion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange a full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a different style, size or colour. We will do our best to fulfil your exchange upon return, but we can not guarantee this. 

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us first via email with your Name & Order Number OR fill out the contact form below.

We will then email you the postal address on where your order can be returned to.

RETURNS PROCESSING

Once we receive your return they will be inspected and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchange) or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We aim to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost. Cecile Fashion is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
