Shipping

All orders placed are sent within 3 business days from Perth, Western Australia.

We endeavour to process all other orders within these time frames, however during busy sale periods processing may take a little longer.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer express post delivery (1-2 business days) to capital cities, major centres and metro areas.

Delivery to regional areas takes 2-3 business days.

Australian orders over $150+ receive free express shipping.

Shipping on orders under $150 is a flat rate of $5 for standard and $8 for express.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

If you require shipping and don’t want the items left unattended we recommend the use of AusPost parcel lockers - more information can be found here.

To honour social-distancing rules your purchase will no longer require a signature for delivery, or collection. Your goodies will now be left at your door, or directed to the post-office for collection. When you place an order online, you can let us know where’s safe to leave your parcel. Cecile Fashion is not liable for any lost, damaged or missing parcels.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent within 5 business days via Australia Post with a Flat Rate of $20 for Standard Shipping.

Any large or heavy orders may incur an charge. 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.

International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept international returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!

If you have made an error in your delivery address please call us as soon as possible on +61 4706 82711 between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (AWST) or, if we’re unavailable, please email sales@cecilefashion.com.au with the correction.
